Quality Loan Service Corporation's online resource portal contains helpful file level information about pending non-judicial foreclosures. Once logged in, you will be able to search by file (i.e. Trustee Sale Number) and address for property information currently available to us. This information will be made available free of charge and will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Types of information available after registration.
- Sale date, time, and location
- Good faith estimate of the opening credit bid
- Sale company (auctioneer) and sale company phone number & website link
- Sale results
- Any pertinent recorded notices and TDUS

Access your property’s information, including current sale date and location (reflecting any updated sale date due to postponements), as well as information on how to contact us by phone for any questions you may have. You can also find information for the assigned sale company vendor (i.e. auctioneer) who will be at the sale location and its phone number & link to its website.
